Support & FAQ

If you are using an iPhone, go to Settings->Passwords & Accounts, then click New Account. Click the 'Other' button at the bottom. For Android phones, just open your email program to start the setup.

From here you'll be asked a series of questions. The information you'll need to know is as follows:

Account Type: POP3   SSL: NO
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.nllive.ca
Incoming Mail Server: mail.nllive.ca
Username: your-full-email@yourdomain.com
Password: the password we provided to you

You won't need to change any ports, so you can skip that part. The final verification step can sometimes take a few minutes to complete, and once setup is done you can test it out by sending yourself a message. If you have any trouble at all, please contact for personal assistance.

We would need to set that up for you, so if you are a current customer, please contact us for assistance. Emails are $5.00/monthly, per email address.

Yes, you don't need an email program or a phone to use your email address. All you need is an internet connection.

Just login through our WebMail, in any web browser, from https://mail.nllive.ca

When you first log in you'll be asked to choose your time zone. Once that is done, you'll be able to send and recieve email. The WebMail supports lots of advanced features such as signatures, so if there is something you'd like to do but you are not sure how, please let us know and we'll check for you.
